teamOn has incorporated Rick Denekamp as new partner in M&A and debt advisory. He will be joining to cover the Benelux region, considering his professional background and connections he has been developing throughout his career.

Rick Denekamp holds, among other prestigious academic credentials, a post-graduate study in business valuation obtained at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, accredited by the NIRV, The Netherlands Institute for Register Valuators.

The new partner has a track record as a corporate, sector and investment banker for ING Wholesale banking and Rabobank, within others. Moreover, he has worked as an advisor on several cross-border projects, such as M&As deals, corporate financing, restructuring, strategy and transformation.
